How Your Donation Helps

  • 80% goes directly to sustaining Wake Up America: maintaining our website, developing resources, producing educational content, and amplifying our message. Our first goal is to raise $7,000 to cover startup and operating costs.

  • 20% will be shared with partner organizations whose work aligns with ours:

    • American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU)

    • Brennan Center for Justice

    • CHIRLA (Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights of Los Angeles)

    • National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP)

    • Planned Parenthood

    • RAICES (Refugee and Immigrant Center for Education and Legal Services)

    • Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC)

Tax-Exempt Status

Wake Up America Official filed for 501(c)(3) nonprofit status with the IRS on August 15, 2025. Approval can take up to 90 days, but once granted, all contributions made after that filing date will be retroactively tax-deductible.
